How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and holidays, may start processing the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the United States. Taxes and duties, if any, are shown before you complete your purchase when they are collected at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days after your item is delivered. Contact us first and we will send you a free return label. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will help sort it out.
